- Periodic Inspection and Certification of Safety Fittings like Vacuum Relief Valves, Flame arrestors, Isolation Valves and their Overhauling, and Repairs
- Technical assistance for obtaining the layout approvals and licences for Petroleum Storage installation under Petroleum Rules
- Consultancy services for site selection, layout drawings, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Hazard & Operability Studies, Consequence Modeling, On-site Emergency Plan.
- Issuance of Certificate of Safety for Petroleum Storage Installation
RKGC has been authorised as "Competent Person" under the following Rules of Petroleum Rules, 2002
- Rule 126 : Certificate of Tank Testing for Petroleum Storage Tanks
- Rule 130 : Issuance of Certificate of Safety for Storage of Petroleum
